He currently serves as Head of Recruiter Operations and Enablement at a Fortune 100 FinTech, where he oversees large, complex recruiting organizations and delivers scalable, data-driven talent solutions aligned with business and technology strategies. 


David’s expertise spans recruiting operations, workforce planning, analytics, and organizational enablement. He has led critical initiatives including enterprise integrations, the establishment of AI-focused talent organizations, and the development of operating models that improve quality of hire, increase hiring velocity, and strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
